Do I need a special license to rent a golf cart?
A standard driver’s license is required for each person who will be driving the cart (max of 3 and must be at least 25 years of age), as well as a copy or photo of your car insurance information.
I’m a guest of Welcome Home Rentals. Do I receive a complimentary golf cart?
Golf carts are complimentary for stays at select properties and based on availability. Visit welcomehome-rentals.com to see which properties qualify.
Where can I drive the golf cart?
Our golf carts are considered Low Speed Vehicles, which are street legal and can be driven on any road where the posted speed limit is 35mph or less per Florida state law. They cannot be driven on the beach or off-road.
